The Team
The development team of Artuzzi’s is experienced and focused. The core members of the team are also founding partners who concentrate on certain areas of expertise. A small focused group, with ownership in the company, enables us to be flexible, responsive, and consistent in everything we do.

Rob Caswick
Co-Founder & Partner Finance and Marketing
Mr. Caswick is a founding partner of Artuzzi's Italian Kitchen. Prior to founding Artuzzi's, Rob was a partner in the successful start-up of five Atlanta area restaurants. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Georgia with specializations in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Finance. His responsibilities with Artuzzi's include the overall financial direction of the company, brand development and marketing.

Jeff Newsham
Co-Founder & Partner
Construction & Development
Mr. Newsham is a founding partner of Artuzzi's Italian Kitchen. Prior to founding Artuzzi's, Jeff was a partner in the successful start-up of five Atlanta area restaurants where he managed multiple locations through build-out. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science & Agriculture from The University of Georgia. His responsibilities with Artuzzi's include franchise development, construction and documenting operational procedures.

Dave Pazienza
Founder & Partner
Operations & Training
Mr. Pazienza has over 30 years experience in restaurant operations. He is a founding partner of Artuzzi's Italian Kitchen. Prior to founding Artuzzi's, Dave has been the Director of operations for several major restaurant companies including U.S. Restaurant Properties Inc. and RTM/Mrs. Winners of Atlanta. Also, he has been an area supervisor for Boston Market and a General Manager for TGI Fridays. Dave's responsibilities with Artuzzi's include operations, franchisee training, restaurant openings, on-going franchisee support and franchisee compliance.
